You will work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate invoicing for multi-stage construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing:

Prepare and submit contract-based billings, including time and materials (T&M) and fixed-price invoices.

Contract Management:

Review subcontract agreements to extract billing terms and track retainage (the portion of payment held until project completion).

Lien & Compliance:

Identify and organize required documentation, such as lien waivers and supporting audit documents, to ensure payment eligibility.

Collections:

Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams.

Internal Coordination:

Partner with foremen and project managers to track change orders and project completions across multiple jobsites

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3+ years in Accounts Receivable, specifically within the construction or subcontracting industry.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Excel is essential. Experience with industry software like QuickBooks, Heavy Job, Computer Ease is highly preferred.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping, credit principles, and cash application.

Communication:

Ability to maintain professional relationships with both external customers and internal project leaders.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
