This person should be a self-starter, with good time management and attention to detail. This position is a 40-hour work week. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Reconcile purchase orders to invoices
• Post invoices and credits making sure they are coded correctly
• Deal with external and internal phone calls/emails regarding payables
• Investigate and correct any outstanding creditor items
• File and organize for department
• Call on aged accounts to secure payments
• Promote a clean working area
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set out goals
• Other duties as assigned Accounting experience a plus but not required.

This position may require a background check. Pay depending on experience.
