Job Description

Accounts Receivables Position We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, processing payments, and managing collections to support healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. We use QuickBooks currently as our main invoicing program. We would prefer someone with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration. High school diploma is required. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years in accounts receivables. Must be able to use Excel, word, QuickBooks, ten key, office phones and able to type 60-80 words per minute. Office hours are Monday- Thursday 6:30-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch. We offer exceptional benefits after the probation period. To apply please email resume to: jlc@pacificca.com
