  • $33 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Research Math GAAP Productivity software Full Job Description We are looking for an organized and experienced Accounting Specialist to complete our team.
Our Accounting Department manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, financial reporting, ledger maintenance, and internal controls and provides support for our 11 collision repair shops across Oregon and Washington.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges and payments are accurate and prompt. Review reports from repair software (CCC-1) for errors or anomalies. Solve problems with our staff at our various locations. Reconcile bank accounts and General Ledger Accounts regularly. Prepare twice daily banking deposit and review for accuracy. Create daily cash flow statement for management team. Assist Controller with financial reporting, tax documents, payroll, and other reporting as needed.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and current legislation, Strong computer skills, with a focus on Excel and a thorough knowledge of accounting software, Strong math and research skills, Successfully completed college coursework in accounting or finance.
