The right Accounts Payable Specialist will be dependable, organized, and comfortable following through with both vendors and internal departments to keep things moving. As the Accounts Payable Specialist , you will work alongside a team helping to support: High volume invoice processing Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation Coding invoices to the correct accounts Matching invoices to purchase orders and related paperwork Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records Reviewing vendor statements and researching discrepancies Following up with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues Supporting payment processing and related A/P functions Assisting with additional accounting support as needed Maintaining accurate records and organized documentation This is a fully in-office opportunity in Vancouver, WA.
