Front Desk-Bookkeeping

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk-Bookkeeping specialist, where you'll be answering some calls, manage accounts payable/receivables, and supporting HR issues as neded.

Responsibilities :

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using our accounting software Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications :

Understanding of accounting principles , debits & credits, journal entries Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping Strong communication skills to interact effectively with CFO This position offers a small family environment where your skills will make a meaningful impact. We value energetic professionals eager to learn. Will have ability to cross train in other office areas. Starting pay based on experience with 30,60,90 day reviews in 1st year. Willing to train the perfect applicant.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
