Accounts Payable Specialist Truity Partners, LLC Monona, WI Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Yardi Mail distribution Scanning Attention to detail Mail processing Full Job Description We are partnering with a growing team seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
Process AP invoices (approximately 20-30 hours/week) Review invoices for accuracy and appropriate coding Post receipts Scan and organize invoices Open and process incoming checks Support general administrative tasks as needed Optional/preferred duties: Pick up and send mail/packages (Mondays and Wednesdays) Make occasional bank deposits
Software/Skills:
Experience with Accounts Payable required Experience with Excel Experience with Yardi is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to review for accuracy
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
