Accounting Specialist

We are supporting a financial firm who is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to join their OSACB (Operation Services Application Control and Balancing) team. This isn't a typical "data entry" role. You ll be the engine that starts the bank s day, reconciling high-value international accounts to ensure their US + international partners can hit the ground running. High SchoolResponsibilities Processes transactions, reconciles and maintains various accounts and ledgers. Transactions processed and maintained may include accounts payable, journal vouchers, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, ledgers, statements, billings, and/or other accounting documents. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions processed. Conducts research on discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections or adjustments. Responds to and resolves inquiries.
