Healthcare Services Temporary to Hire Opportunity About the Opportunity – Accounts Payable Specialist Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role supports a busy finance team and plays a key part in day-to-day AP operations while assisting with the implementation of new AI-driven AP technology. Key Responsibilities – Accounts Payable Specialist Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing in a primarily manual environment Download, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Process payments and support month-end AP activities Prepare and assist with annual 1099 reporting Work with supply chain and AP automation tools, with approximately: 50% of invoices flow through supply chain software and importing into Intacct 50% processed through an AI-driven AP automation platform Support ongoing implementation and adoption of new AP software and AI tools to drive efficiency and accuracy to their current manual AP process Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications – Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience working in high-volume invoice environments Familiarity with AP automation and supply chain software preferred Experience with ENVY and
