Compensation:

$22

• $26 hourly

DOE Responsibilities:

Review payables from vendors to ensure payment, review receivables, prepare bank deposits, and follow up on past due receivables Record operating expense invoices in QuickBooks as they are received, such as utilities, software vendors, accounting, etc Reconcile the previous day's credit card receipts to the Settlement Report and deposits in QuickBooks Review A/P and funds available

• process signed checks and mail Close repair orders Provide reports to the President/General Manager based on company KPI's and metrics

e., Cycle time, Sales Forecast, etc Print Labor Activity Reports for body shop employees Assist the reception area with incoming calls as required

Qualifications:
