Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and transactions with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online Process accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-end close and reporting Identify and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized documentation and records

Qualifications:

Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (required) 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortable handling confidential financial information Experience with multiple entities or properties is a plus
