This position will primarily be responsible for assisting the accounting supervisor, specifically in the accounts payable department.
Job Description Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in ensuring efficient working function of the Accounts Payable Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service for plants and vendors including phone calls, faxes, and emails Research vendor statements as applicable Backup other accounts payable team members as needed Document archiving Setup and processing of recurring invoice payments Stop payments Check copies Voiding checks Process invoices using the purchase order system Process credit memos Enter utility payments as assigned Research vendor and refund checks Open and distribute mail and faxes Backup receptionist as needed Additional assignments as required by the nature of the position Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in
Microsoft Word and Excel Schedule:
Flexible, Part-time (24 hours per week)
