Accounting Clerk

Job Summary This individual will report to the Senior Accountant and is responsible for performing basic accounting tasks including accounts payable, journal entries, and other basic office tasks as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bookkeeping or accounting training preferred Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Abila fund accounting preferred Tasks and responsibilities Entering accounts payable transactions Preparing bank deposits Preparation of basic general journal entries Filing Answering phones General office tasks as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions We are an equal opportunity employer.
