  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's fast-paced and collaborative team in Laramie. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting core accounting operations including
  • month-end reporting, journal entries, and general ledger activity
  • .
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
    • Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
    • Assist with month-end close, including reconciliation and reporting
    • Record and review journal entries to ensure accuracy
    • Support general ledger activity, including account reconciliation and adjustments
    • Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate financial documentation and data entry within accounting systems
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
    • Qualifications:
    • Experience in
    • accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping
    • Knowledge of
    • general ledger processes, journal entries, and month-end reporting
    • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
