Assist with educating clients on basic account services and features, escalating questions as needed. Support the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings. Collect and process required documentation for new accounts and routine service requests. Assist with team marketing initiatives, including event coordination and maintaining marketing materials. Help maintain a shared team calendar to track meetings, deadlines, and key activities. Your team You'll be working within a WMA branch office in Beverly Hills California where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of high-net worth individuals and families. Your expertise Series 7 and 66 licenses (willing to obtain). Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance. Ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector. Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills. Detail oriented (nothing gets past you). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
