Commercial Broker Assistant / Transaction Coordinator Growing, Reputable Commercial Real Estate Firm - In-Office Position Ready to grow your commercial real estate career with a highly respected and expanding company? Our client is seeking a Commercial Broker Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support a high-level brokerage team with transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. What You'll Do as the Commercial Broker Assistant / Transaction Coordinator Support brokers throughout the transaction process from listing to closing Coordinate transaction documents, contracts, due diligence, and closing materials Prepare and assist with offering memorandums, marketing packages, and presentations Perform lease abstractions and commercial lease analysis Track transaction activity, market data, lease and sales comparables Assist with underwriting, financial analysis, estoppels, and broker opinions of value Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate marketing materials and timely deliverables Help keep deals organized, moving efficiently, and on track What We're Looking for in a Commercial Broker Assistant / Transaction Coordinator Commercial real estate transaction coordination experience is required Strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology, contracts, and deal flow Experience supporting brokerage professionals in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Argus and underwriting experience preferred Experience with office, industrial, retail, multifamily, or corporate solutions transactions is a plus Why consider this Commercial Broker Assistant / Transaction Coordinator opportunity?
