Job Description

TruOak Financial Partners is looking for a Director of Brokerage to lead and support our growing brokerage department of 100+ brokers. This role is for someone who understands life insurance, knows how to support producers, and can help brokers develop, grow, and place more business. You will work directly with brokers to answer questions, improve activity, solve problems, strengthen relationships, and help the firm reach key growth goals. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, energy, and leadership to the department. The right person will know how to coach brokers, create momentum, and be a reliable resource for both new and experienced producers. This is a salary role with bonus opportunities, along with medical benefits, dental benefits, and a 401(k) . Candidates must have an active Life & Health license and at least 3 years of experience in brokerage, insurance, financial services, or advisor support. Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of over 200 brokers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance brokerage activities and achieve key growth objectives. Provide direct support and guidance to brokers, addressing inquiries and facilitating problem-solving. Strengthen relationships with brokers by offering consistent, reliable support and resources. Coach brokers to improve their skills, increase activity, and successfully place more business. Monitor and analyze brokerage performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
Must have a Life and Health License. Experience in leading and inspiring large teams, ideally in a brokerage or financial services environment. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and enhance brokerage activities. Proven track record of coaching and mentoring brokers to improve their skills and increase business activity. Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess brokerage performance, identifying areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills to provide direct support and guidance to brokers, addressing inquiries effectively. Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and growth within a large team.
