We pride ourselves on our inclusive company culture and core values: Respect, Integrity, Creating the Future for our Company and Community, and Excellence in Customer Service. •This position is located on the island of Oahu and candidates must work in the state of Hawaii upon hire• Typical duties include but are not limited to: Provides clerical support to various departments in processing of Submissions, Renewals, and Agent of Record (AORs) Review Submission for clearance and update Salesforce. Review and clear AORs requests and handle them according toStandard Operating Procedures Premium Audit:
Print, assembly, update system and distribution. Review renewal instructions and distribute accordingly Typing, printing, updating various Policy documents as requested by the Underwriters, Commercial Operations or Agencies Scanning hard copy documents to appropriate files Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications /Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Keyboard 35+ WPM Ability to prioritize work and multitask to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Ability to collaborate with others across departments High attention to detail Associate II (along with the above qualifications): 1-year general office experience Associate III (along with the above qualifications): 2+ years general office experienceAdditional Preferred Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of P&C insurance experienceSpecial Circumstances:
Occasional overtime may be requiredSalary:
$36,000 to 48,500 annuallySalary:
