Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 Duties & Responsibilities Market new and existing business to insurance carriers, independently and with Sales Executives/Marketers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Collaborate with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies. Prepare professional proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360. Review all documents for accuracy and completeness. Handle confidential information responsibly. Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and addressing coverage questions. Position Requirements Experience handling insurance operations related to commercial trucking and transportation. Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hire Strong computer skills; proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier platforms. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Proactive with strong prioritization and deadline-management skills. Clear, professional verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude. High attention to detail, strong organization, and customer service focus. Team-oriented and collaborative.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
