Clear Growth Opportunities This role provides hands-on exposure to: Contracting & Licensing Operations Agent Support Marketing & Internal Projects As NFI continues to grow, employees who demonstrate ownership, reliability, and strong performance may have opportunities to expand their responsibilities and take on additional areas of impact within the organization. Variety & Responsibility You'll play a central role in daily operations, and no two days are exactly the same. About the Role This position serves as a key point of coordination between agents, carriers, and internal team members. You'll help ensure onboarding processes run efficiently, agents receive timely support, and daily office operations stay organized and professional. Time Allocation 50% Contracting & Agent Onboarding 30% Reception & Agent Support 20% Administrative & Team Support What Success Looks Like In your first 3-6 months, success in this role means: Agent onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time CRM records and tracking systems are consistently organized and up-to-date Agent and internal inquiries are handled promptly and professionally You become a dependable resource the team can rely on daily Agents enjoy working with you and trust you to help solve problems quickly What You'll DoContracting & Agent Onboarding (50%) Assist agents with contracting paperwork and onboarding steps Track licensing, appointments, and outstanding requirements Follow up to keep onboarding moving efficiently Maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate with carriers and internal teams Reception & Agent Support (30%) Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently Route requests to the appropriate team members Welcome visitors and create a strong first impression Assist agents with questions, forms, and general support Deliver consistent, high-quality service Administrative & Team Support (20%) Support internal projects and team initiatives Assist with office organization and events Maintain office supplies and organization Contribute to team priorities in a collaborative environment What Makes Someone Successful Here Strong communication and professionalism High attention to detail and organization Dependability and accountability A proactive mindset- you take ownership instead of waiting for direction A positive, team-oriented attitude The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities A genuine desire to help people and provide great service You enjoy interacting with people, bring positive energy to the workplace, and take pride in helping others succeed. Qualifications Preferred Customer service or client-facing experience Administrative or office experience Reception or front desk experience Insurance or financial services experience (helpful, but not required) Required Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliability and accountability Willingness to learn and grow We will teach the industry. What matters most is your work ethic, professionalism, attitude, and commitment to doing great work. Compensation & Growth Compensation $20-$24 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
