Job Description

Company Details Berkley Classics provides coverage for customers who own antique, classic, and exotic cars. Other vehicles we entertain also include antique trucks, farm vehicles, motorcycles and snowmobiles. Responsibilities The Berkley One Classics Intern will support agency quoting and endorsement support. Key functions will include but are not limited to: Manage the UT workflow inboxes. Send letters and signature forms for the UW's when applicable. Assist with routing renewal and claim review files for the Underwriters. Review incoming attachment files from agents and BOSS. Route change requests for restoration updates, odometer reading routing to service if valuation changes are requested. Perform outreach to agents for photos for endorsement approval items. Guide agents or assisting agents with rush requests/questions. Project work for the team leader and/or COO. Post car show event follow-up and performance analysis. Project work related to dealer partner relationships. Back up phone assistance for Direct market Salesforce lead generation for Direct market Qualifications Seeking rising sophomores, juniors and seniors in college Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You are an outstanding collaborator Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your communication style is flexible to the situation. You communicate clearly and with a purpose Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks. You are comfortable challenging norms while working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization You have a strong sense of accountability, fun and adventure Natural curiosity.
