About the
Role:
Synergy Wealth Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Insurance and Investment Implementation Specialist to support the operational execution of client financial strategies in our Columbia, Missouri office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys managing workflows and processes, and takes pride in ensuring a seamless client and advisor experience. Rather than serving strictly in an assistant capacity, this position plays a central role in coordinating operations, managing implementation tasks, and helping keep the business running efficiently. The right candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Manage the implementation process for insurance and investment business from submission through completion Coordinate with advisors, clients, carriers, custodians, and internal teams to keep cases and account workflows moving forward Monitor outstanding requirements, follow up on pending items, and proactively resolve operational issues Prepare and review client paperwork, account forms, reports, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized and compliant client records and internal tracking systems Serve as a professional point of contact for clients regarding operational and service-related requests Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational support for advisors and leadership Help improve internal processes and contribute to operational efficiency across the office Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion and professionalism What We're Looking For Required Prior experience in operations, administrative coordination, client service, or office management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required) Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a professional services environment Familiarity with insurance or investment account processing workflows Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
