Trading Desk Representative

Summary of Responsibilities:

This individual will provide the highest level of client satisfaction and customer service to the Firm's Self-Directed Trading in a high-paced, fast growing brokerage environment, while adhering to industry rules and regulations. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position to perform this job successfully. The individual must have previous futures brokerage trading experience and worked directly with clients and a clearing firm. Significant room for advancement. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that inbound client correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications are answered in a timely, efficient and polite manner
• Work in a call center environment to address questions regarding trading, margin and general account services.
• Assist with software support
• Contact customers regarding margin calls and option assignments
• Work directly with the clearing firm to resolve trading and margin issues
• Provide support and assistance in other departments and lines of business where needed
• Perform various brokerage functions such as order entry, basic compliance tasks and administrative duties as necessary
• Assist in opening new accounts
• Work effectively with all departments and function in a team environment

Essential Qualifications and Registrations:

• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have strong communication skills and be a team player
• NFA Registered Series 3 preferred
• Series 34 preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Experience working with CQG and Rithmic trading platforms preferred
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
