Our investment strategy emphasizes durable cash flow, credit-quality tenancy, long-term NAV appreciation, and disciplined acquisition underwriting. The firm is currently launching a private Regulation D industrial REIT offering focused on accredited investors, family offices, independent RIAs, and alternative investment platforms. We are seeking experienced FINRA-licensed independent wholesalers / capital markets professionals to assist with capital formation and investor distribution efforts. Position Overview This role is designed for an entrepreneurial capital raiser with existing relationships in the alternative investment, private wealth, RIA, family office, or broker-dealer ecosystem. The ideal candidate has prior experience raising capital for: Private REITs DSTs / 1031 programs Real estate private equity funds Alternative investments Private placements Credit or income-focused investment products This is an independent contractor / commission-based opportunity with significant long-term earning potential tied to assets raised and retained. Responsibilities Raise capital from accredited investors, RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealer networks Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and alternative investment platforms Present the REIT investment strategy to prospective investors and distribution partners Coordinate investor onboarding and subscription processes Assist with broker-dealer and platform introductions where appropriate Attend conferences, advisor meetings, and industry networking events Maintain compliance with all applicable FINRA and securities regulations Collaborate with internal management regarding fundraising strategy and investor feedback Required Qualifications Active FINRA securities licenses required (Series 7 strongly preferred) Registered with an active broker-dealer or Capital Acquisition Broker (CAB) Prior experience raising capital for alternative investments or real estate offerings Existing network of financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, or accredited investors Strong understanding of Regulation D offerings and private placements Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Non-traded REITs Industrial real estate Net lease investments 1031/DST products Family office fundraising Alternative investment wholesaling Independent broker-dealer distribution Private wealth capital formation Compensation Structure Compensation structure includes: Competitive upfront placement compensation Ongoing trail/AUM participation Performance-based incentives Long-term growth opportunities tied to capital formation success Compensation structure will be designed in compliance with all applicable securities regulations and broker-dealer requirements.
