Associates may be based out of the Richmond District Office, Hampton Roads District Office, or Mechanicsville Central Office, performing work related to right of way properties and transportation projects across the Commonwealth. Training is provided on a regular basis, offering Associates the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills while exploring various areas of the Right of Way program. This rotational program allows participants to identify an area of interest and build a rewarding long-term career with VDOT. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
