We're looking for a client associate to: Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities Handle client facing tasks, greet clients at front•desk and assist in a variety of office operations Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities Your team You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. Your expertise ideally 1-5 years relevant branch operations experience high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) proven written and verbal communication skill independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations About us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
