Summary of Job Duties:
Preparing financial projections and budgets, actual v. budget reporting, reviewing/ monitoring of individual sub-awards and in-kind for compliance with state and federal funding requirements; financial grant reporting includes preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the Office of Head Start, Administration for Children and Families; verification of budget proposals and justification for continuation grant applications; establish travel authorizations and documentation guidelines; sets the travel budget for quarterly site visits and home visits with parents of the 88 children served annually. This position is governed by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), state and federal laws and agency policy.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
