Position Overview The Budget Analyst supports the financial health of the organization by leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and grant-related financial activities. This role partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Lead annual budgeting process Conduct variance analysis and financial monitoring Prepare financial reports and dashboards Support grant budgeting and compliance Assist with capital planning and financial modeling Support audits and strategic financial initiatives Train staff on budgeting processes

What You Bring Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of budgeting/financial analysis experience Strong Excel and financial systems experience

Valid CA Driver's License Preferred:

Nonprofit or behavioral health experience Grant funding and compliance knowledge Work Environment Office-based role with computer use; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; possible driving.
