DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting on behalf of our Sacramento-based client for a Membership Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of membership dues records through payment analysis, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with internal teams and members. The position also supports a range of administrative tasks and membership-related projects. Pay:
$28.00-$31.00/hour, DOE Temp to Hire Hybrid
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct membership dues analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies Communicate professionally with members and internal teams to clarify and correct dues issues Process financial adjustments and refunds, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination Support database maintenance and collaborate on process improvements to prevent future errors Generate reconciliation reports and provide regular updates to leadership on dues status
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred +2 years demonstrated expertise in payment analysis, reconciliation, and membership database management Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset
