(Title 5), Position Description Number T5432P01 and is part of the CT G1, Nional Guard. JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to accomplish management and financial administrion of programs under the control of the G1. The major duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as a principal advisor to the G1 regarding resource management. Inities, administers, and executes necessary actions for G1 programs. Oversees and performs program analysis, including planning, programming, budgeting, funds allocion, procurement, accounts management, internal controls, and reporting. Provides expert guidance in the development and preparion of budget submissions, execution and closeout. Analyzes and interprets historical informion and determines cost-factors for negotied agreements. Plans and schedules work in a manner th promotes a smooth flow and even distribution. Qualificions GENERAL EXPERIENCE
All series personnel performance levels must be valided the next higher level before being eligible for merit promotion considerion to the GS-0501 graded-position and, must have a minimum of one year on-the-job experience in the grade immediely below the next higher level. However, a new hire federal civilian service program applicant should have competent experiences th are equivalent or commensure to the financial administrion program business with demonstred understandings of the program's principles and concepts.
