Project Analyst

Project AnalystPosition Overview:

The Project Analyst supports program and acquisition lifecycle activities. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting data management processes, and assisting with contract deliverables and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience supporting government programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & SchedulingDevelop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft ProjectProvide schedule analysis to identify risks, conflicts, and performance issues, along with recommended solutionsSupport planning, scheduling, and execution activities across program lifecyclesSupport analysis of contract funding (planned vs. actual)Track execution of funds, major budget milestones, and support annual data callsAssist in acquisition lifecycle planning and documentationMaintain and support data deliverable libraries for contract deliverablesAssist in developing and maintaining automated processes for receipt and tracking of deliverablesPrepare and maintain briefings, reports, correspondence, and program documentationEnsure all documentation complies with applicable formatting and style guidance (e.g., government standards)Maintain records in accordance with records management policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)Active Secret Clearance (Required)Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project/program analysis or similar roleExperience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft ProjectStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePointAbility to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations

Position may require participation in classified discussions consistent with clearance level.
