Job Requirements Dayton, OH Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Mount Indie is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support financial planning, execution, and reporting for contracts managed out of our Dayton, Ohio office. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Performs program set-up, planning and control Participates in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses Participates in preparing estimates and cost proposals Prepares contract work authorizations Performs cost and schedule variance analysis and provides resulting recommendations Prepares manpower and non-labor forecasts and assists in resource planning Prepares or assists with preparation of cost-to-complete Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years related experience in budgeting, financial analysis, program control, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of government contract funding and financial management processes Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts Experience with contract types such as Cost-Plus, T&M, and Firm Fixed Price Experience supporting Program Managers directly Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher) group id: 91082210 Apply now
