Major/Essential Functions Code documents according to company procedures. Process and post payment requests for vendor invoices. Audit payments to ensure completion and accuracy. Research statements and work with vendors to clear any inaccuracies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Overall computer proficiency as well as in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat; the ability to do complex calculations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; or a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years. Preferred Qualifications Two plus years of food service experience; knowledge of food service vendor procurement process.
