Job Description

Job Title:
Administrative Support IIJob Description This position involves troubleshooting and resolving invoicing issues, approving access requests to the Procure to Pay system, assisting users with purchase requests and purchase orders, and managing a ticketing system to ensure all operations are completed within established SLAs. The role includes a variety of administrative and operational functions such as composing memos, transcribing notes, researching and creating presentations, generating reports, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. The contractor may also assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and resolve invoicing issues. + Approve access requests to the Procure to Pay system. + Assist users with purchase requests and purchase orders. + Manage a ticketing system to ensure all operations work is completed within established SLAs. + Compose memos and transcribe notes. + Research and create presentations. + Generate reports and handle multiple projects. + Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. + Assist in compiling and developing the annual budget. Essential Skills + High school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable, or a related field. + Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Procure to Pay operations. + Ability to work under general supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude. + Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Managing 100% Coupa for one-medical. + Experience with tickets and subsidiaries management. + Experience transitioning subsidiaries to a new realm. + Ability to work with stakeholders to close gaps. + Experience transitioning from Coupa to financial systems. + 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Work Environment The position operates on a typical 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The candidate will gain exposure to complex purchase order creation and work with multiple stakeholders. This role provides an opportunity to learn about financial operations and gain visibility with various departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
