CFO

Description We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Irvine, California. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively oversee financial operations across multiple branches, while also driving innovation and embracing advancements in technology, including AI. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction accounting and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee financial operations across three branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to present financial data in a clear, actionable format.
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships to optimize financial stability.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Utilize construction accounting practices, including job costing, to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Embrace and integrate advanced technologies, such as AI, to enhance operational processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across divisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Requirements
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction accounting and job costing.
• Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple locations.
• Expertise in cash flow management and banking relationships.
• Strategic planning skills with the ability to drive organizational growth.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies, including AI, and a willingness to adapt to new tools.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to present financial data effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
