1343 Position Summary The CFO will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for the company's overall financial strategy, including capital allocation, fundraising, investor relations, and SEC compliance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of navigating the unique life cycles of public biotechnology firms, from R D-heavy phases to commercialization. Experience:

15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 10 years as a CFO or SVP Finance in a publicly traded biotech/life sciences company.

Fundraising Track Record:

Demonstrated success in raising significant capital through public markets.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of

GAAP, SEC

reporting requirements, and biotech-specific accounting (e.g., R D accruals, collaboration revenue recognition).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA and/or CPA highly preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling financial narratives for the investment community.
