We are currently partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical company looking to bring on a CAO to their team in San Francisco, California. This company focuses on creating healthcare solutions that improve quality of life for broader populations. The Chief Accounting Officer will lead all aspects of financial operations for a global organization. This position requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in accounting and finance, capable of driving operational excellence and supporting long-term business objectives.
Chief Accounting Officer Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy and development. Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Manage risk, tax planning, and drive cost optimization. Represent company to investors and supervise finance teams.
Chief Accounting Officer Requirements:
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 5-7 years executive leadership within Clinical Research, Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals. CPA or equivalent.
