Manager - Business Transformation (CFO Advisory)

Hybrid up to 3 Days Onsite Full time San Francisco California United States Corporate Services CFO Services Support About This Role RGP is seeking a Manager, Business Transformation (CFO Advisory) to join our consulting practice in a client-facing leadership role. This position focuses on helping organizations execute complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, particularly those sponsored by finance and CFO organizations. As a Manager, you will lead workstreams or initiatives, drive execution excellence, partner closely with client stakeholders, and support large-scale transformation efforts. This role combines hands-on delivery with leadership responsibility and offers a long-term career path within RGP. $170,000-$200,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and role alignment. What You Will Work On Lead and deliver business transformation and CFO advisory engagements Own and manage workstreams or programs, ensuring clear structure, timelines, and outcomes Drive execution excellence, including planning, risk management, and issue resolution Apply project management best practices to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Support change management efforts, including communications, adoption, and stakeholder alignment Partner with senior client leaders across business and technology teams Support large-scale transformation or enterprise program delivery Utilize delivery tools and platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, where applicable) Collaborate with RGP leadership to ensure high-quality client delivery What You Will Bring Experience in consulting, business transformation, or related environments Background at a top-tier or large consulting firm strongly preferred Strong project management experience; change management exposure is a plus Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage timelines and deliverables, and drive cross-functional execution Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise programs Interest in emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled tools Smartsheet experience is a plus Collaborative, proactive mindset with interest in building a long-term career at RGP Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred What You Can Expect An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
