About the Role As CFO, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and the Board, providing the financial clarity and discipline that allows the organization to focus on its mission. You will lead financial strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and help build the systems and processes that will support the organization as it grows. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in evolving environments and is motivated by purpose. What You Will Lead Financial strategy, planning, and long-term sustainability Board reporting, audit coordination, and stakeholder communication Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Grant and donor fund oversight, including restricted and unrestricted funds Accounting operations, internal controls, and monthly close processes Compliance, Form 990, and regulatory filings Evaluation and implementation of accounting systems and workflows Who You Are You lead with integrity. Compensation & Terms Competitive salary commensurate with experience, starting at $250K-$350K Full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday) Standard benefits package including PTO and paid holidays
