CFO & COO

to join a high-growth, private equity-backed vertical SaaS business approaching $100M in revenue. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Board to help scale a global software platform through its next phase of growth, operational maturity, and international expansion. The business operates within a mission-critical software environment with a strong recurring revenue model, international customer footprint, and ambitious growth trajectory. Key Areas of Focus Lead global finance, operations, and business infrastructure functions Partner closely with the CEO and Board on strategic growth initiatives Build and scale international operational capabilities across multiple regions Establish and optimize a shared services / centralized operations model Drive KPI reporting, forecasting, operational rigor, and scalable processes Support M&A integration, systems enhancement, and organizational development Improve commercial visibility and operational efficiency across the business Help position the company for its next phase of enterprise scale and value creation Ideal Background Prior experience as a CFO or CFO/COO within a PE-backed software business Strong exposure to vertical market software / mission-critical SaaS environments Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, investor-backed settings Must have helped scale a software business from approximately $100M to $350M+ revenue Experience managing international teams and multi-region operations Proven track record building scalable finance and operational infrastructure Exposure to establishing or transforming shared service centers / global operations hubs Strong commercial acumen alongside operational and strategic capability Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high accountability The mandate would suit a hands-on, commercially minded executive who enjoys scaling businesses in partnership with investors and leadership teams.
