Serving in more than 100 nations, Youth for Christ runs ministries to transform the lives of young people and their communities through Christ-centered relationships and programs. We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Director of Finance (Chief Financial Officer) to provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for our international ministry organization. The Senior Director of Finance (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight for all financial operations of Youth for Christ International Ministries. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, investments, audit coordination, and accounting operations. The CFO partners closely with the CEO/International Director, senior leadership, board members, donors, and ministry partners to ensure financial integrity, organizational sustainability, and responsible stewardship of resources that advance Youth for Christ International's global mission.
