About the Role We are seeking an experienced Outsourced CFO/Controller to provide both in-person and remote financial support to a range of clients, including small businesses and exciting start-ups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, extensive QuickBooks Online expertise, and a deep understanding of small business accounting and financial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly financial reports Assess and evaluate financial performance of firm with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization. Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns. Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies. Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability..
