The company is in an expansion stage where access to capital, financial structure, and execution speed are critical drivers of growth. The CFO is not an accounting role. It is a strategic, growth-oriented position. This role will be responsible for building the financial foundation to scale the operation, including financing, cash flow management, and investment decision-making. Compensation & Upside Base salary: $70,000

• $300,000+ The variable component is tied to: Capital raised Financing terms secured Financial optimization of the business Responsibilities Structure and manage the company's cash flow Secure credit lines and financing Raise capital from investors Design financial models to support growth Support strategic decision-making Optimize costs and financial structure Coordinate with commercial and operational teams Implement technological tools for financial control Technology Focus & Tools This role requires strong proficiency in digital tools and adaptability to technology.
