Role Overview The Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Power Generation Services is the senior financial executive responsible for strategic financial leadership, operational discipline, and commercial governance across the Mitsubishi Power Americas Services portfolio. This role partners closely with the SVP of Power Generation Services and executive leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and enhance value creation across the Services business. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level financial guidance to support the development and execution of Services strategy. Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the Services business. Align Services financial objectives with Mitsubishi Power and MHI global priorities. Oversee FP&A activities, including revenue, margin, cash flow, and working capital management. Monitor business performance against targets and implement corrective actions. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across service operations. Provide commercial financial guidance for structuring and pricing LTSAs, outage scopes, upgrades, and digital offerings. Lead financial review and approval of major commercial proposals within governance frameworks. Ensure risk assessment, contract governance, and compliance with internal policies and MHI standards. Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and field services to improve productivity and cost control. Represent Services in executive meetings, board reviews, and global MHI forums. Lead a finance team across the Americas, reporting to the EVP & CFO and SVP of Power Generation Services. Support
ISO 9001
initiatives, team collaboration, and safety compliance. Protect confidential information and maintain the highest standards of integrity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required;MBA/CPA/CMA
preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership within industrial services, energy, or heavy-asset sectors. Experience leading financial operations for service-based or aftermarket businesses. Demonstrated strength in commercial finance, pricing, negotiation, and risk management. Multinational corporate experience preferred. Deep knowledge of FP&A, controllership, and operational finance. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization. High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
