Job Description

Job description Cabanas Law Firm is a fast-growing, client-focused legal organization dedicated to excellence in family law and delivering exceptional client experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial vision, operational profitability, and long-term growth strategy. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, forecasting, strategic planning, profitability analysis, and organizational financial health. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize revenue, manage budgets, improve operational efficiency, and guide high-level business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong financial leadership experience, preferably in legal services, professional services, or high-growth organizations.
Compensation:
