Chief Financial Officer Construction/Industrial Services Private Equity, 79017

Our client is a well-established provider of construction services and a dominant industry player in their sector, now seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with their executive team as the company moves to the next level. You will build and manage a "lean and mean", high performance team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a true "roll up your sleeves" environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level in operational direction. You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, from percentage of completion (POC) and project accounting to acquisition integration plans and managing the banking relationships. You will be a hands-on leader involved in all growth initiatives, providing support across the entire organization. Required is a strategic "player-coach" CFO with previous experience leading, scaling and professionalizing a commercial/industrial services organization where you have implemented best practices, effective percentage of completion accounting (POC), balance sheet management, financial analysis, forecasting and reporting and robust KPI dashboards.
