Chief Financial Officer Staffmark Group $185,000.00-$225,000.00 May 27, 2026 A well-established and rapidly growing multi-entity healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and operationally driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced financial leader to help shape organizational strategy, drive operational performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, revenue cycle oversight, financial reporting, compliance, and long-range strategic planning. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board while helping strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and revenue cycle functions
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and operational performance
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support organizational decision making
Develop and enhance financial controls, policies, systems, and reporting processes
Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation
Drive continuous improvement across budgeting, reporting, and operational finance functions
Provide oversight of managed care and payer contract analysis and financial impact
Support multi-site healthcare operations including physician practice and ancillary service environments
Present financial performance, trends, and strategic insights to executive leadership and Board stakeholders
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across accounting, business operations, compliance, information systems, and related departments Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within multi-entity healthcare organizations
Strong background in strategic finance, operational leadership, budgeting, and healthcare financial management
Experience supporting physician practices, healthcare operations, or complex healthcare service organizations preferred
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational improvements
