CFO

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization in West Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management, relationship building, and strategic planning to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with business banking partners and other financial stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including analysis, negotiation, and integration.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to support decision-making and strategic growth.
• Respond to inbound financial inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health insurance regulations and other financial policies impacting the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and long-term financial sustainability.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust financial strategies.
• Guide the organization through complex financial transitions and investments.
