Chief Financial Officer Are you ready to lead the financial future of an organization that makes an impact? We're looking for a strategic, people-focused, numbers-savvy CFO who can do more than balance books. You'll help drive big decisions, shape long-term strategy, and keep our organization financially strong and thriving! What You'll Do Own the Financial Functions Lead all things finance: accounting, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Oversee financial reporting, audits, and cash flow management Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes Be Strategic Partner with the CEO and leadership team on big-picture planning Turn financial data into insights that drive smart decisions Identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency Lead & Inspire Manage and develop the Finance and Grants teams Build strong systems, processes, and future leaders Serve as the organization's go-to financial expert Work with lenders, auditors, and funding partners Ensure compliance with grants, regulations, and reporting requirements Plan for the Future Guide budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Support board and finance committee reporting Help shape long-term organizational strategy What Makes you a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus) CPA, CFA, or similar credential preferred Proven leadership experience in senior financial roles Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management Experience with financial systems (QuickBooks + MS Office) A natural leader with excellent communication skills High integrity and a passion for mission-driven work Why You'll Love this Role You'll have a seat at the leadership table Your work will directly shape the organization's future You'll lead a team and build something meaningful A role that blends strategy, leadership, and impact for the members of our community-the families we serve If you're ready to move beyond the numbers and into a role where your voice matters, this is it.
