Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for the automotive industry?

A dynamic and growing dealership network is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee and elevate our financial operations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a multi-store dealership group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability at every level. What You'll Do As Corporate Controller, you will: Lead a
Team of Dealership Controllers :
Provide guidance and oversight to store-level controllers, ensuring consistency and excellence in financial reporting across all locations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, including monthly and annual reports, to dealership leadership and manufacturer partners.
Budgeting & Forecasting :
Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Internal Controls & Compliance :
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Cash Flow Management :
Oversee cash management processes, including forecasting, liquidity analysis, and working capital optimization.
Audit & Tax Coordination :
Coordinate annual audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Process Improvement :
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations across the dealership group.
What We're Looking For Experience :
Minimum of 7 years in automotive dealership accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack) and Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required.
Leadership :
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication :
